Shipping & Returns

Return Policy


Defective merchandise may be returned (unless otherwise stated on the product page) within 14 days from receipt of the item for exchange. You must contact Volt Vapes in order to return items, and they must be accepted with an RMA #. Non-approved returns will not be accepted and will most likely be a waste of your shipping them to us.


Upon return of defective merchandise we will replace the defective item with a new or working one. Should an item be inspected, and deemed not to be defective, you will be contacted and the item will be returned to you. Should an item be inspected, deemed defective, and we are not be able to replace the defective merchandise: we will then and only then issue a refund for the purchase price of the defective merchandise. Shipping charges remain the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.


We only accept returns on mechanical hardware unless otherwise stated on the product page. All liquids, disposable, usable or consumable merchandise (Yes, we consider tanks, cartomizers, and clearomizers consumable devices) is sold As-Is, with no warranties express nor implied. 


All sales are final. We do not take returns on "Mods" whatsoever unless they are proven to have a manufacture defect.

Due to the Federal governments regulations on Tobacco, we do not take returns or refunds on e-liquid.
Should something happen to your order in shipping, please let us know and we will work with you to figure out what happened to your order. However, we are not responsible for losses in shipping.  Please contact the shipper (USPS, FedEx, or which ever means it was transported).


We do not accept returns or replacements due to user error, for example reasons such as:  I don't like it - I thought it was something else - I did not like the color - It doesn't fit my current model, etc. - will not be accepted for return.  We expect you to take responsibility for your own decisions in these types of matters.  Please do not return anything without an RMA number - any non-authorized merchandise returns will be returned to sender, or thrown away at your expense.  We do not accept returns on physically damaged items whatsoever... Even if you are within your warranty period.. if it arrives to our location damaged and we can clearly see the unit was abused. It will be sent back to you or thrown away at your expense.


If you attempt a chargeback on your credit card we will show the card company proof of shipment and this page and chargebacks will be denied. Any fraudulent chargebacks will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. 



General Shipping information


Where is my order?

As orders are processed you will receive emails that show the status of your order. Orders are processed in the order they are received.


When your order ships a delivery confirmation # is emailed to you. The Delivery confirmation number that is emailed is clickable and will bring you to a tracking page.


You can also view order and delivery status by logging into the 'My Account' section of voltvapes.com and looking at your order history which contains tracking information after an order is shipped.


Generally Priority Mail is delivered within 2-3 days from when it leaves our facility and First Class Mail can take anywhere from 1-7 days depending on your location.


All items are shipped from zip code 83704.


How do you ship Domestic Shipments?

USPS First Class Mail is the default shipping method but FEDEX and USPS express methods are available.


How much is First Class Domestic shipping via USPS?

Shipping is rated by USPS and FEDEX for US orders under $100 and free for US orders $100 and over.  Free shipping only applies to domestic orders (orders being shipped inside the U.S.).



Can I upgrade to Priority Mail?

Yes, you can upgrade to Priority Mail, which is rated by USPS or FEDEX.


What about Bulk Items, like Bottles?

Bottles may be shipped via USPS or UPS


How come my order only says 'Electronic Shipping Info Received' and there's no tracking information?

USPS Tracking number isn't really tracking; it's a delivery confirmation number. There may be a scan here or there that shows package movement but not always. 


In addition there is a document called the 'Scan Form' that is a manifest of packages that were shipped on a given day.


When the 'Scan Form' is printed and scanned by USPS it will show that we have handed the package(s) over to them for delivery. 'Scan Form' printing cutoff time is 11pm MTN and unfortunately sometimes we miss it so a package may only show 'Electronic Info Received' until it reaches your local Post Office or your location..


How quickly do you ship after I place my order?

We usually ship within 24 hours for order placed Monday through Thursday but sometimes we get backed up during holidays and weekends where your order can take up to 72 hours to process. 


Due to limited shipping times on Saturdays, orders placed on Friday may not be shipped until the following Monday but we'll try our hardest to get orders out to you as quickly as possible.


Holidays will always cause a shipping delay since they're Holidays.


I paid for Priority Mail or 2nd Day, why wasn't my order shipped sooner?

Some shipping methods, if chosen, can get the orders to you faster than standard USPS or ground but the shipping method does not affect Volt Vapes processing time.

USPS provides a great service with very affordable prices. USPS does however make mistakes and may mis-route or lose packages, unfortunately these errors are out of our control and we are not responsible for errors or delays once the package leaves our facility.
